About

Biography

Sound designer and independent composer, I have been working for cinema and theatre for more than ten years — first in Berlin, where I developed a practice rooted in post-rock and experimental music, then in Paris where I am based today.

In cinema, I composed the original score for From Abdul to Leila (2020–2024), a 92-minute docu-fiction co-produced DE/BE/FR. The film was awarded at several international festivals : Best Film at the Mediterranean Festival of Tétouan, Best Documentary at Rotterdam and Aarhus, Best International Documentary at Thessaloniki, and the NETPAC Award at El Gouna.

In parallel, I pursue personal musical projects : Alice in the Cities (instrumental post-rock, 2012–2015), Chez Imren’s (dark swing influenced by film music, duo with Martti Kartinen, 2019–2024), and in 2026 my debut solo EP Les rues, in duo with Camille Dereux. As a session and live guitarist, I have accompanied international artists including Fee Reega (DE) and Hanna Mia (ISL).

I hold a degree from the American School of Modern Music (Paris). With the sensibility of a sound craftsman, I also teach guitar in Paris and online.
